Responsibilities:

Job Description 

We are seeking an experienced Workfront Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise work management solutions using Adobe Workfront. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in workflow automation, project management systems, and integration within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Adobe Workfront.
• Architect and configure workflows, templates, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end Workfront implementation and optimization projects.
• Integrate Workfront with other systems (Adobe tools, CRM, ERP, APIs).
• Define governance, best practices, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
• Ensure system performance, data integrity, and security compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in project management tools / enterprise platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront.
• Expertise in workflow automation, project planning, and resource management.
• Experience with Workfront Fusion (integration tool).
• Strong knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and data modeling.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Workfront certification.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP, AJO, etc.).
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD practices.
