Top Skills-
Strong hands-on experience with Windows environments, servers, Active Directory, networking, and application troubleshooting.
Experience working in a regulated/GxP environment, including knowledge of documentation, change control, validation, and access management requirements.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions and deliverables.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership, be resourceful, and drive issues through to resolution.
Technical Skills Required-
o Windows workstation and server administration/troubleshooting
o Active Directory and user/access management
o Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls
o Enterprise application troubleshooting and infrastructure integration
o ServiceNow/change management and experience supporting systems in a GxP or similar heavily regulated environment
Any Required Certifications-
o No certifications required. Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA (Network+/Security+), VMware, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications are preferred but not required. Hands-on experience is more important for this role.
Preferred Industry Experience-
o Biopharma, biotech, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred, particularly supporting GxP manufacturing, cell therapy, NPI, technology transfer, or new system/facility implementations.
Any Overqualification Indicators
o Candidates whose recent experience is primarily management, architecture, or strategic leadership with limited hands-on technical work may be overqualified. This role requires someone who is comfortable staying hands-on, troubleshooting issues, owning deliverables, and collaborating closely with project and operational teams.
