Business Solutions Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Qualified Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) to support the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SaaS-based applications. The selected resource will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective solutions, with a focus on correctional case management systems. The ideal candidate will also possess hands-on experience with ETO (Efforts to Outcomes) software, including configuring workflows, forms, and reporting capabilities to support case management and data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:
a. At least Ten (10) years of experience configuring SaaS applications.

b. At least Ten (10) years of experience communicating with business SMEs

to obtain and comprehend information and requirements. Additionally,

the BSA must be able to analyze business requirements and formulate

strategies.

c. An understanding of Project Management Principles or equivalent

Project Management and working to a scheduled set of tasks and

events.

d. At least Five (5) documented examples of working on multiple, disparate

project tasks concurrently.

Desirable Qualifications

a. Minimum of Ten (10) years of experience working directly with a

correctional case management application.
