Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives within a dynamic technology environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic planning and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale initiatives aimed at enhancing product development and platform capabilities.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of key programs, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and timely issue resolution.
  • Create awareness of interdependencies and prioritize execution plans to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations leadership to drive project success.
  • Communicate progress and risks to executive leadership, utilizing data to inform decision-making.
  • Plan and deliver multiple technical programs across various teams and locations.
  • Champion agile practices and contribute to high-level planning efforts.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within fast-paced tech environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.
  • Proven experience in managing complex migrations and integrations across large systems.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, including containerization and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures, particularly AWS, and security frameworks.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, including HCM, ERP, and EPM implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to create urgency and drive results in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to create clarity from complex data sets.
