Summary

Position Summary

We are seeking a senior UI/UX Designer IV to turn marketing, content, and commercial objectives into compelling, high-converting digital experiences across web, native iOS, and Android platforms. In this role, you will design campaign landing pages, promotional modules, and cross-channel journeys while leveraging structured content management systems (Contentstack), design systems, and advanced AI-assisted workflows from concept through working delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Experience Design: Translate marketing and commercial briefs into clear visual hierarchies, typography, layouts, and interactions that guide guests to meaningful actions.
  • CMS-Driven Assembly: Design and compose pages and campaign variants using Contentstack (or equivalent headless CMS), configuring modules, references, responsive behavior, and variants.
  • Design-System Alignment: Apply shared experience specifications, semantic tokens, components, and brand themes, collaborating with platform teams to resolve design gaps without introducing unsupported local styles.
  • AI-Assisted Workflow Integration: Use approved AI tools and coding agents to explore concepts, prepare structured drafts, accelerate iteration, and build working interactive prototypes-while rigorously inspecting and correcting outputs for factual and design accuracy.
  • Cross-Channel Journey Design: Partner with web, iOS, and Android teams to validate smooth, channel-appropriate transitions from campaigns into search, booking, loyalty, and account management.
  • Accessibility & Quality Validation: Build robust accessibility (WCAG) into all experiences, test interactive previews, and verify rendered output across live states (default, unavailable, expired).
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience: Demonstrated portfolio showcasing senior-level campaign/content experience design, visual storytelling, and measurable digital outcomes.
  • CMS Expertise: Practical experience designing and delivering experiences through structured or headless content management systems (Contentstack preferred).
  • Design Systems: Strong command of reusable components, semantic tokens, themes, and multi-brand design systems.
  • AI-Assisted Prototyping: Hands-on experience using AI-assisted design and coding workflows to build, evaluate, and refine functioning interactive experiences (static screens alone are insufficient).
  • Technical Literacy: Working understanding of responsive web layouts, native app constraints (iOS/Android), and familiarity with front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JSON, browser inspection).
