What You'll Do

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Catalog Data Analyst to join our product data team. This role is critical to supporting new product launches and maintaining high-quality, standardized catalog data using Auto Care's ACES & PIES standards. You'll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our data is accurate, fitment-ready, and marketable.
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by collecting, standardizing, and validating product and
  • fitment data across internal systems and customer channels.
  • Maintain and manage catalog data using ACES & PIES standards, ensuring accuracy and compatibility
  • with industry databases (VCdb, PAdb, PCdb, Qdb).
  • Monitor catalog integrity, identify data gaps or conflicts, and assist in resolving coverage issues.
  • Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to assess competitive coverage and suggest
  • opportunities for new applications.
  • Assist in the distribution and QA of digital assets such as product images and marketing content for PIM
  • and customer deliverables.
  • Conduct routine data audits to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of experience working with automotive product catalogs, application data, or ACES & PIES mapping.
  • Proficiency with PIM systems (e.g., PartCat) and a working knowledge of fitment data, attributes, and product hierarchies.
  • Familiarity with vehicle databases (VCdb, PAdb, etc.) and digital asset management tools.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts and application nuances.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail-especially under deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer support.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Ability to travel by air, train, and automobile. Employee will be expected to stand for extended periods for trade shows. Minimal lifting required (less than 20 lbs.). Ability to work hours necessary when traveling to customers. Near vision required for computer and paperwork. Must be able to hear and speak. Minimal risk is expected from this position; however, the employee must take precautions while traveling and while at the factory and follow company safety guidelines.
