About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Enterprise SEO Manager to lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies at scale. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strategic leadership to optimize organic search performance across large, complex digital ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enterprise-level SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and performance
  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to site performance, indexing, and crawlability
  • Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization initiatives
  • Drive link acquisition, outreach, and content promotion strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development
  • Manage SEO projects in complex environments, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results
  • Analyze large datasets using analytics tools to generate actionable insights
  • Optimize site architecture, structured data, and A/B testing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on SEO KPIs using advanced analytics platforms
  • Translate business goals into technical SEO plans and reporting frameworks


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years managing enterprise SEO programs
  • Strong experience with SQL and big data analysis
  • Deep technical SEO expertise including site optimization and structured data
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Conductor, Screaming Frog
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and Sitecore
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration
  • Strong understanding of SEM, social media, and eCommerce ecosystems
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
  • SEO and SEM strategy development and execution
  • Managing enterprise SEO campaigns or agency experience
  • Technical SEO, including audits and performance optimization
  • Digital analytics and quantitative analysis
  • Keyword research and SEO content management
  • Link building, outreach, and content promotion
  • Leading projects in complex, cross-functional environments


Education

  • Bachelor s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field


Preferred Qualifications

  • SEO certification is a plus
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise websites
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
