Overview
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and technically strong SAP BW4/HANA & S4/HANA Consultant to support enterprise reporting and data solutions within a heavily on-prem SAP environment. This individual will operate as a senior-level individual contributor responsible for solution design, development, and end-to-end ownership across reporting initiatives.
This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, think strategically, and design scalable solutions with minimal oversight. Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in addition to deep SAP technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP BW4/HANA and S4/HANA reporting/data solutions
• Partner with reporting teams and project leadership to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
• Own end-to-end development lifecycle including design, development, optimization, and support
• Analyze business scenarios and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support and optimize enterprise on-prem SAP environments
• Participate in technical and analytical discussions surrounding architecture and reporting strategies
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance within SAP reporting environments
• Operate independently with limited direction in a fast-paced enterprise environment

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW4/HANA
• Strong experience supporting S4/HANA environments
• Proven experience designing end-to-end reporting/data solutions
• Experience working within heavily on-prem SAP ecosystems
• Strong analytical and solution design capabilities
• Ability to think independently and operate with minimal guidance
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting teams and stakeholders
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Power BI exposure
• Cloud knowledge/exposure (not required)
• Prior experience in large enterprise SAP environments
