- The candidate must be open to flex the schedule to overlap with India, Europe and US time zones
- This resource will have a close engagement with the M&A team (the ‘owner’ of the requirements) and follow a structured project plan to meet the integration deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Overall, 6 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in PIM, product data management, or digital platforms
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and quality principles
• Experience working with PIM systems and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Description:
Biocare PIM Integration & Migration (Primary Focus):
- Lead and support part number and product data migration into PIM for Biocare integration.
- Execute migration of approximately 2,500–3,000 SKUs ensuring data readiness and quality.
- Prepare, validate, and structure product data, attributes, and content for large-scale catalog onboarding.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align PIM migration with SAP and upstream dependencies.
- Partner across digital, IT, and business teams to deliver integration milestones.
PIM Operations & Data Management:
- Support onboarding of products, divisions, and acquisitions into PIM.
- Maintain data quality, taxonomy, and product hierarchies aligned to business needs.
- Execute bulk data imports/exports and support system integrations.
Digital Experience Enablement:
- Support setup and configuration of Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for migrated products.
- Ensure product content aligns with digital experience and discoverability standards.
Execution & Governance:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital initiatives and testing activities.
- Support governance processes, reporting, and continuous improvement of PIM operations.
