Role Overview
This position supports a key role in the design and implementation of complex systems. The Sr. Business Analyst will translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and optimized user experiences. This role involves collaboration across multiple teams to support business goals and maintain adherence to project roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design process to ensure it supports business requirements and an optimized user experience.
- Capture requirements for complex systems across multiple stakeholders, applying the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, considering multiple users, risks, and impact scenarios.
- Apply business expertise to work with technical and business teams to support objectives and align with the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop project testing strategy and support user acceptance testing.
- Advise on security, risk management, and IT process principles, partnering with security and risk teams to ensure adherence to standards.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have extensive experience in the following competencies:

Technical & Functional Competencies:- Requirements Analysis: Ability to elicit, analyze, and record business and non-functional requirements.
- Business Process Modeling: Knowledge of techniques for documenting and improving business processes.
- Business Data Analysis: Ability to collect, identify, analyze, and interpret business data to meet requirements.
- Software Product Business Knowledge: Experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product.
- Application Delivery Process: Knowledge of methodologies for delivering new or enhanced applications.
- Familiarity with credit card platforms such as TSYS/FIS and Mastercard.
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL proficiency to read and write queries and perform data mapping.
- Experience with Big Query.
- Familiarity with Miro or Draw.io.
- Experience with Confluence.
