Job Summary:
We are looking for a Director / Sr. Manager – Technology Strategy & Operations to partner with senior leadership and drive execution across the Sales & Digital technology portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and executive communication, enabling scalable growth and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with VP and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Translate business priorities into execution plans and measurable outcomes
• Drive governance, execution tracking, and cross-functional alignment
• Support AI adoption strategy and engineering productivity initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor on technology strategy and operating models

Required Skills:

• 7+ years in technology strategy, operations, or program management
• Strong understanding of SDLC and digital platforms
• Experience working with senior leadership (VP/C-level)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and execution capabilities

Preferred:

• Experience in digital transformation / AI strategy
• Consulting or strategy background
• Experience in Sales & Digital environments

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
