Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Consultant with strong expertise in Pega Platform Administration and AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Pega infrastructure in private cloud or on-premises environments, supporting platform administration, performance monitoring, deployments, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pega platform infrastructure within the client''s private cloud environment.
• Configure and maintain Pega environments, including node management and platform administration.
• Monitor system health and application performance using Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) and Admin Studio.
• Analyze and troubleshoot infrastructure issues using Catalina, PegaRULES, and Alert logs.
• Support CI/CD processes, automated deployments, ruleset migrations, and branch merges using Pega Deployment Manager and DevOps tools.
• Perform Pega platform upgrades, patch installations, and database-related activities.
• Develop and maintain Pega components including Activities, Data Transforms, Flows, UI Rules, and Decision Rules.
• Build and support secure backend integrations using REST, SOAP, MQ, and SQL.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and high availability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Pega Platform Administration
• Hands-on experience managing Pega infrastructure in Private Cloud or On-Premises environments
• AWS Cloud experience
• Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC)
• Admin Studio
• Pega Deployment Manager
• CI/CD and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Log analysis (Catalina, PegaRULES, Alert Logs)
• REST, SOAP, MQ, and SQL integrations
• Database administration and performance tuning
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Pega CSA/CSSA/CLSA Certification
• AWS Certification
• Experience with enterprise production support environments
