We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing Consultant with strong implementation and consulting expertise in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing and related Supply Chain Manufacturing modules, along with a strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
  
• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.
  
• Configure and implement Oracle EBS Manufacturing solutions aligned with business requirements.
  
• Conduct CRP sessions, workshops, solution design discussions, UAT, and go-live activities.
  
• Work closely with business users to optimize manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and reporting requirements.
  
• Support testing, deployment, hypercare, and post-production support activities.
  
• Provide functional guidance to junior consultants and project teams.
  
• Participate in solutioning, estimations, and pre-sales activities when required.
  
• Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices and industry standards.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM / Manufacturing solutions.
  
• Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation projects delivered in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud.
