What We're Looking For
- Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst on enterprise application development projects.
- Hands-on background in Java or .NET application development.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with requirement gathering, process analysis, user stories, use cases, and functional documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Java or .NET development experience
- SQL and database knowledge
- REST APIs and system integrations
- Agile/Scrum experience
- JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
