Role Overview
The client requires a Systems Analyst to support Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting Salesforce and data integration issues, supporting system enhancements, and coordinating UAT and user adoption across technical and non-technical teams. This position requires strong Salesforce expertise and certification.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and support planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems
Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud
Troubleshoot ongoing Salesforce technical issues and data integration challenges
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support system adoption for functional users
Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into system solutions
Maintain system documentation, reports, and technical analysis
Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders
