Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, cloud platforms, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Build AI agents and conversational applications using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications through REST APIs and microservices.
• Create prompt engineering strategies to improve model accuracy and response quality.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using techniques such as PEFT, LoRA, and model quantization where applicable.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python.
• Work with structured and unstructured data including PDFs, Word documents, and databases.
• Implement AI governance, security, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
