Peoplesoft Payroll BSA

PeopleSoft Payroll experience with banking/direct deposit validation. 

Experience working with banking vendors.

Sr. BSA needed to support a successful implementation of real time bank validation.

Lead business requirements, elicitation, and stakeholder engagement to define project objectives and business needs.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable deliverables for technical teams.

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and project delivery teams to ensure alignment.

Support solution design by validating business requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Coordinate requirements management, traceability, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.

Support testing activities, including defining acceptance criteria and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Identify and communicate business risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations to project leadership.

Provide ongoing business analysis support through implementation, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
