Job Responsibilities

Provide strategic cybersecurity leadership across all BIM IDIQ Task Orders ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, Air Force Information Network standards, and IDIQ-level security obligations.
Serve as authoritative cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert for enterprise-level security architecture, policy compliance, and risk management.
Leads Risk Management Framework authorization activities coordinating with multiple Authorizing Officials across Task Orders.
Develop enterprise cybersecurity strategies, policies, and standards applicable across all BIM implementations.
Oversees Security Technical Implementation Guide compliance, vulnerability management, and security patching programs.
Manage cybersecurity assessment activities including Security Test and Evaluation events and Cyber Operations Readiness Assessments.
Coordinate with Government cybersecurity authorities including USCYBERCOM, AFCYBER, and 688th Cyber Wing.
Lead incident response coordination for cybersecurity events.
Develop and maintains Program Protection Implementation Plans.
Ensure Post-Quantum Cryptography readiness and implementation planning.
Manage cybersecurity workforce development ensuring DoD 8140 compliance.
Provide cybersecurity technical guidance to Task Order teams.

Required Qualifications

Possess Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience in DoD environments with demonstrated senior technical leadership.
DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification required (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
CCIE Security or equivalent expert certification highly desired.
DoD Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
