Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Specialist-Level 1 - Associate to provide account management support for business, commercial, industrial, national, and government customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, billing support, claims processing, and account maintenance while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and enrollment requests
  • Process claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests
  • Resolve customer issues in coordination with internal departments and vendor partners
  • Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
  • Support financial and operational account functions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Participate in training and ongoing customer service development programs

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Customer service
    • Sales support
    • Customer accounting
    • Revenue recovery
    • Claims processing
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate s degree or Bachelor s degree preferred
  • Experience supporting business or commercial customer accounts
