MOI: F2F Interview
MUST BE LOCAL AND BE ABLE TO ATTEND ONSITE INTERIVEW. DO NOT SEND ANYONE THAT WILL ONLY TAKE MS TEAMS/VIRTUAL INTERVIEW. I previously had 2 candidates that declined the onsite interview, so they were disqualified by the manager. This is not flexible and onsite is MANDATORY.

* Advisory knowledge of Payroll and Time & Labor
* 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM functional experience.
* Global and large company experience
