Job Description:

ROLE: Sr. Frontend Architect

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President / Senior Frontend Architect / Tech Lead to join our Digital Product Engineering team.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

You will help design, build, and evolve scalable digital products and engineering capabilities that support business growth, product innovation, and high-quality client experiences.

Lead frontend architecture and engineering delivery for scalable enterprise-grade digital products and platforms.

Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Define and maintain frontend standards, reusable patterns, and architecture principles to improve scalability, consistency, and maintainability.

Contribute across the full stack by collaborating on API design, backend integrations, and end-to-end product delivery.

Drive delivery of B2B and B2C digital solutions in regulated and business-critical environments, including financial services contexts.

Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership to development teams, improving quality, engineering practices, and team effectiveness.

Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to shape product strategy and ensure solutions align with business goals.

Evaluate emerging technologies and modern development practices to improve engineering productivity and product outcomes.

Support technical decision-making across multiple teams, balancing business priorities with sound engineering principles.

Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, delivery practices, and product engineering ways of working.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

EDUCATION

Degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

Additional technical training or certifications in software engineering, architecture, or product development are a plus.

EXPERIENCE

Significant experience in software engineering with strong specialization in frontend architecture and product engineering.

Proven experience leading teams as a Tech Lead, Frontend Architect, or similar senior engineering leadership role.

Strong experience designing and delivering scalable web systems for enterprise and product-based environments.

Experience contributing to both B2B and B2C digital products, including tailored client-facing solutions and partnership-driven platforms.

Experience working in financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.

Familiarity with API design, backend integration, and full-stack collaboration in modern engineering teams.

Experience partnering closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives.

Demonstrated success in mentoring developers, improving engineering standards, and shaping technical strategy.

Experience contributing to client discussions, solution shaping, and pre-sales or strategic product conversations is a plus.

Interest or experience in AI-driven automation for software development and business workflows is an advantage.
