Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion OTBI Lead Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle reporting, analytics, and Oracle EBS Supply Chain applications. The ideal candidate should have experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, designing complex reports and dashboards, and supporting Oracle EBS Supply Chain processes.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of relevant experience.

• Expertise in Oracle EBS and Supply Chain Suite of applications, including Order Management (OM), Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, Mobile SCM, and related modules.

• Understanding of other modules such as ASCP, PIM, OPM, OPM Costing, OPM Quality, and WMS.

• Thorough understanding of Process Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.

• Knowledge of other Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain modules, including Finance and PIM/PLM, is an added advantage.

• Experience with business process design, workshops, gap identification, RICEW identification, functional design, system configuration, test planning, and test execution.

• Proficient in Oracle EBS R12 and 11i implementations, rollouts, and post-implementation support using AIM methodologies.

• Experience with Oracle EBS implementation methodologies (AIM) across different phases, including business process study, requirement gathering, As-Is and To-Be mapping, solution design, CRPs, UATs, SITs, build, and go-live.

• Biotech/Life Sciences experience and understanding of GxP are a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience presenting to senior IT and business stakeholders.

• Good listening skills with the ability to make timely, well-informed decisions.

• Ability to translate business requirements and architecture designs into system designs.

Role Overview

The Lead Consultant for Oracle Fusion OTBI is responsible for overseeing and implementing Oracle Fusion OTBI solutions to meet business requirements. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Fusion OTBI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for reporting and analytics.

2. Design and develop complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Oracle Fusion OTBI.

3. Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion OTBI to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy.

4. Customize and configure Oracle Fusion OTBI to enhance reporting capabilities based on business requirements.

5. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end users on utilizing Oracle Fusion OTBI for data analysis and decision-making.

6. Stay updated on Oracle Fusion OTBI features and enhancements to recommend best practices and improvements.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion OTBI report development and customization.

• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion OTBI data models, subject areas, and security features.

• Experience designing and implementing complex reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

• Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical solutions using Oracle Fusion OTBI.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and end users.
