-----Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Engineer to lead technical execution and provide architectural guidance across onshore and offshore engineering teams. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring complex data requirements are translated into scalable, resilient, and highly optimized solutions. This role is critical for influencing standards for a modern data stack centered on Snowflake and Azure, with a focus on driving "Governance as Code" and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical execution and provide architectural guidance for ongoing data initiatives.
Translate complex data requirements into highly optimized, resilient, and scalable solutions.
Define and enforce standards for a modern data stack, leveraging Snowflake and Azure.
Support Business Process Owners (BPOs), Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and Engineers (onshore and offshore) on various initiatives.
Drive operational excellence and implement "Governance as Code" principles.

Required Skills (Must Haves)

Strong experience with Snowflake.
Expertise in SQL.
Experience with big data processing tools like DBT or Spark.
Proficiency in Cloud technologies (Azure is preferred, but others are acceptable).
Familiarity with Ingestion frameworks (specifically FiveTran is used by Andersen).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Haves)

Experience or exposure to AI technologies.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
