Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Center / Cloud & Automation SME / Systems Engineer (L3) with strong hands-on experience in Linux, AWS, Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will manage enterprise infrastructure, support AWS environments, automate operational processes, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure/system engineering.
• Strong Linux Administration experience with RHEL, Amazon Linux, or Ubuntu.
• Hands-on experience with AWS: EC2, VPC, Subnets, IAM, S3, Certificate Manager, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, and CloudWatch.
• Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code, including modules, variables, and state management.
• Strong Ansible experience with playbooks, roles, configuration management, and automation.
• Proficiency in Bash/shell scripting and infrastructure automation.
• Working knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and infrastructure support.
• Ability to create SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.

Good to Have

• Windows Administration.
• Citrix: StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, NetScaler, PAM, XenApp.
• VMware and Nutanix.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Docker/Kubernetes.
• Advanced AWS services including RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, Route 53, and EKS.
• Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudTrail.
• Ansible Tower/AWX.
• Advanced Terraform / multi-account AWS environments.
• Python scripting.
• ITIL/ITSM experience and security/compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux servers.
• Provision and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain reusable Terraform configurations and modules.
• Automate configuration, deployments, patching, and operational tasks using Ansible.
• Monitor infrastructure, handle incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement security and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with application, network, and security teams.
• Manage infrastructure code through GitHub.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Continuously improve automation, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Important: Candidates must be available to work 100% onsite in Culver City, CA from Day 1. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
