Senior Oracle Fusion Conversion / Transformation Engineer
Position Summary
Reporting to the project lead, this position is responsible for supporting ERP data conversion, transformation, and migration initiatives from legacy systems such as Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Syteline, and others into Oracle Fusion ERP.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end data conversion strategy and execution for Oracle Fusion implementations.
Design, develop, and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Analyze legacy ERP data structures (Epicor, Dynamics AX, Syteline, etc.) and map to Oracle Fusion data models.
Collaborate with business and functional teams across value streams (Finance,
Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc,)
Ensure data quality, validation, and reconciliation throughout migration cycles.
Automate data transformation processes using Microsoft Azure tools and scripting (T-SQL, Data Factory).
Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Support source-to-target mapping and transformation logic
Support data profiling, cleansing, and quality remediation
Support mock conversions, testing cycles, and production migration
Support reconciliation, validation, and audit processes
Execute cutover planning and post-go-live support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience in ERP data conversion and transformation.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion data structures and data migration tools (FBDI).
Hands-on experience with legacy ERPs (Epicor, Dynamics AX, Syteline, Oracle EBS, etc.).
Advanced SQL and data manipulation capabilities.
Experience with ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Stored procs, views).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
Knowledge of cloud integration tools (FBDI).
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Understanding of data governance and master data management principles.

Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)
Manufacturing (Work Orders, BOM, Costing)
Human Capital Management (optional, if applicable)
Technical Skills
SQL, PL/SQL

Microsoft Azure (SQL database, Data Factory Pipeline)
