Essential Function:
A Developer must have experience in analyzing customer needs and developing overall concept and design objectives. The developer must be able to create software in a variety of programming and for a variety of IT software applications. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
· 8+ years of professional experience with Software Development and Implementation including:
o Software development skills, including design, development, testing, deployment and support
o Experience using Agile methodologies, system architecture and object-oriented software design,
o Desired Technologies include: REST, SOAP Web Services, AngularJS, jQuery, Spring, RDBMS (Oracle), WebLogic, JPA/Hibernate and Java EE
· 2+ years of experience with the following tools/technologies
o Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
o GitHub developer platform
o Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with the ability to automate database tasks through IaC
· Ability to obtain VA Investigation clearance

o Jira and Confluence
o Ansible and Terraform
o REACT and Python
