Lead .Net Full Stack developer

Someone who can lead offshore and onshore teams, Handle clients, Experience with React and AWS is needed, .Net backend is preferred but not must have.

Required Qualification

1. s:Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Senior Software Engineer with team leadership responsibilitie
2. s.Strong experience leading and mentoring offshore development teams in distributed environment
3. s.Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, product owners, and business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution discussion
4. s.Product Engineering background with experience building and delivering custom software products and platforms is highly preferre
5. d.Strong experience with React and cloud platforms such as AW
6. S.Backend development experience with .NET/C# preferred; strong experience with Java or other modern backend technologies will also be considere
7. d.Good understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, system design, architecture, and modern software engineering practice
8. s.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skill
9. s.Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive discussions, influence decisions, and manage cross-functional team
10. s.Experience coordinating across multiple time zones and working within onsite-offshore delivery model

s.Preferred Qualification

1. s:Experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, FinTech, or other financial product environment
