ABOUT THE ROLEOur client is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst with a focus on analytics to support guardrails management across Wi-Fi, Internet, and Voice product lines. This hybrid role, based in Greenwood Village, CO, emphasizes data-driven decision making, inventory insights, and operational strategy. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will analyze inventory and operational data, develop dashboards and reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product guardrails and support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational priorities. Experience with reporting tools like Tableau and the ability to communicate complex data findings are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in supply chain, inventory, or operations analytics, as well as familiarity with AI productivity tools and the telecommunications industry.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Analyze inventory, operational, and product data to support business decision making
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights that enable inventory-informed guardrail decisions
- Partner with supply chain teams to understand equipment availability and planning data
- Support management and optimization of product guardrails across Wi-Fi, Internet, and Voice services
- Evaluate the business impact of guardrail changes and product decisions
- Work cross-functionally with product, supply chain, engineering, operations, and leadership teams
- Translate complex business needs into actionable recommendations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency
- Support strategic initiatives while also managing day-to-day operational priorities
WHAT YOU BRING- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Data Analysis, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data findings
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Self-starter capable of operating independently with limited direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Supply chain, inventory, or operations analytics experience (preferred)
- Telecommunications industry experience (preferred)
- Product management exposure (preferred)
- Experience with hardware deployment, inventory planning, or equipment lifecycle management (preferred)
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms) (preferred)
