Business Analyst / Project Coordinator - Marketing & Digital Experience
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Duration: 1 year+ contract
We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support a marketing and digital experience organization within the automotive finance industry. This position focuses on customer retention and loyalty initiatives and combines business analysis, project coordination, stakeholder management, and support for customer-facing digital experiences.
The successful candidate will independently coordinate projects spanning several months, gather and document business requirements, develop project plans and timelines, manage stakeholder communication and approvals, identify blockers, and drive work through completion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate website, digital experience and related business projects.
- Gather, clarify and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and status documentation.
- Coordinate deliverables and approvals across internal teams, clients and vendors.
- Investigate client/customer questions and coordinate resolution.
- Prepare reports and organize information supporting projects and business decisions.
- Support website and portal content updates using existing or approved materials.
- Utilize project-management platforms to track activities and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and blockers and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Qualifications
- Approximately 3-6 years of business analysis, project coordination or project management experience within a marketing-related environment.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, deliverables and approvals.
- Strong written communication, organization and follow-through.
- Experience with project-management tools; Asana experience is preferred.
- JIRA experience is helpful.
- Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to work onsite in Deerfield Beach three days per week.
