PT SharePoint Admin with solid Power Automate and Copilot experience.

We are seeking a Mid-Level SharePoint Administrator to support and enhance our Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Copilot integration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of modern SharePoint administration, experience automating business processes, and an interest in leveraging emerging AI technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, libraries, lists, and templates.
• Design, build, and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline document management, notifications, approvals, and user onboarding processes.
• Support early-stage Copilot for Microsoft 365 integration efforts; collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases and assist with Copilot readiness.
• Maintain SharePoint governance policies and site architecture.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for SharePoint and M365 tools.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Automate issues; escalate as needed to Microsoft or internal engineering teams.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement automation solutions that enhance productivity and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 5 years of hands-on experience as a SharePoint Administrator in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Proven experience designing and managing Power Automate workflows.
• Working knowledge of Copilot for Microsoft 365 (setup, user experience, prompt design, AI readiness).
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Teams, Outlook, and other M365 integrations.
• Strong understanding of permissions, security groups, and compliance in SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, or JSON formatting for views and forms.
• Exposure to AI/automation governance, semantic index readiness, or Microsoft Graph API.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-900, or MS-700) are a plus.
