Epic Healthy Planet / Compass Rose Analyst
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 12+ Months (with potential for extension)
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have proven, hands-on expertise in Epic Compass Rose Clinical Build, along with a strong understanding of population health and care management workflows. This role requires an independent, results-driven professional who can lead stakeholder meetings, facilitate requirements gathering, provide expert guidance on application design, and translate business needs into effective, sustainable Epic solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Active Epic Compass Rose Clinical Build certification is required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of Epic application analyst experience, including hands-on Compass Rose build, configuration, implementation, and production support.
- Demonstrated experience developing and supporting Compass Rose programs for population health and care management workflows.
- Proven ability to independently lead meetings and guide clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders through requirements gathering and design decisions.
- Strong expertise in workflow analysis, requirements definition, application design, system configuration, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of EHR data structures, healthcare workflows, medical claims, and care management operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Associate degree or higher in Healthcare, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
