Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ATE Technician to support semiconductor testing operations in a high-volume silicon validation and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ATE testers, handler integration, load board installation, device interface boards (DIBs), socket maintenance, continuity testing, and hardware troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
• Docking and undocking ATE testers with handlers
• Installing and validating Load Boards and Device Interface Boards (DIBs)
• Ensuring proper pogo-pin alignment and contact verification
• Performing continuity and isolation testing
• Supporting load board debug and validation activities
• Replacing sockets, stiffeners, plungers, and other test interface components
• Performing tester diagnostics and calibration activities
• Running daily test plans and executing test programs
• Collecting and documenting test data for engineering review
• Supporting equipment shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Working closely with ATE Engineers and Product Engineers
Required Skills:
• Experience with ATE test systems (Advantest, Teradyne, UltraFlex, V93000, J750, etc.)
• Semiconductor test lab experience
• Load Board and DIB installation experience
• Handler integration and setup experience
• Continuity and isolation testing
• Hardware troubleshooting and debug
• Tester calibration and maintenance
• Strong understanding of sockets, pogo pins, and contact mechanisms
Preferred Skills:
• Silicon validation or product engineering support experience
• Semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Yield analysis support experience
• Lab operations experience
