RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced GoLang Developer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using GoLang
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
* Implement and maintain data structures, ensuring efficient data movement across databases
* Work on database-related tasks and queries to optimize performance
* Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Proven experience in software development, with a focus on GoLang
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience with Hadoop, HDFS, and Hive
* Familiarity with NoSQL and MySQL databases
* Knowledge of Impala for data processing
* Exposure to AWS, with a willingness to migrate to this platform eventually

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
