What You''ll Do
- Lead UI/UX design for a large-scale website redesign
- Create modern, premium B2B digital experiences using Figma
- Develop and maintain component-based design systems
- Design responsive, mobile-first user experiences
- Collaborate with content teams to simplify complex financial and investment concepts
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates
- Use analytics, user research, and A/B testing results to inform design decisions
- Partner closely with developers and CMS teams throughout implementation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a junior designer
What We''re Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Design, UI Design, or UX Design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable improvements in user engagement and conversion
- Expertise in UI design, UX fundamentals, information architecture, and user journeys
- Experience building and working within design systems
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics, and SEO best practices
- Experience collaborating with development teams and CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred)
- Understanding of usability testing and accessibility standards (WCAG)
Preferred Background
- B2B enterprise environments
- Financial services, wealth management, asset management, or fintech
- Experience designing lead-generation and content-driven websites
- Ability to translate research and analytics into actionable design solutions
