Mendix Developer

Location :Candidate must travel to Fremont ,CA 1 week per month.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mendix Developer to design, develop, and implement low-code applications using the Mendix platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in application development, integrations, workflow automation, and deployment across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Mendix Low-Code Platform.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build responsive web and mobile applications using Mendix best practices.
• Develop reusable modules, microflows, nanoflows, and custom widgets.
• Integrate Mendix applications with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, OData, and APIs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Support application deployment, performance tuning, and production support activities.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years (Senior Developer) of Mendix development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Mendix Studio Pro
  • Microflows and Nanoflows
  • Domain Modeling
  • XPath and OQL
  • Security configuration and user management
  • Mendix Marketplace components
• Experience with:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • JSON/XML processing
  • Database concepts and SQL
  • Git and version control
  • CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
