Senior Controls Technical Training Specialist – Required Skills

📍 Grand Rapids, MI – Onsite | 10+ Years Experience | Up to 50% Travel

Must Have:

10+ years of Controls/Automation Engineering experience
Strong PLC programming & troubleshooting experience
Allen-Bradley/Rockwell and/or Siemens PLCs
VFD configuration & troubleshooting
Industrial controls and Fieldbnetwork troubleshooting
Experience with conveyor, sorter, or material handling systems
Ability to read electrical/controls & mechanical drawings
Hands-on machine diagnostics and troubleshooting
5+ years of technical training/instructor experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience creating training materials/curriculum
Willingness to work onsite in Grand Rapids, MI
Ability to travel up to 50%
