Summary

Role Summary

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience to build next-generation AI-powered enterprise applications. This role will lead the development of intelligent associate experiences by combining modern full-stack engineering with Generative AI, AI Agents, agent orchestration, and cloud-native architectures.

The ideal candidate will design and develop AI-driven workflows, autonomous agents, and intelligent decision-support capabilities that automate complex business processes and improve associate productivity. This is a hands-on engineering role spanning frontend, backend, APIs, cloud services, AI integration, and enterprise-scale system modernization.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering
Strong expertise in Java, REST APIs, backend services, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations
Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions, and PostgreSQL
Experience designing and developing AI-powered applications using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, MCP, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks
Experience integrating GenAI capabilities into enterprise products using services such as Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent
Experience building AI-assisted workflow automation and intelligent decision-support solutions
Proficiency with GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or similar AI-assisted development tools
Experience building scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications and microservices
Strong system design, architecture, and technical leadership skills
Ability to rapidly prototype, experiment, and deliver production-ready AI solutions
