We are seeking an experienced Product Manager - Online/Digital Banking platforms with a strong background in enterprise applications and banking technology.

Key Responsibilities

·      Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

·      Collaborate with business, technology, and banking stakeholders to deliver digital banking solutions.

·      Drive requirement gathering, prioritization, and product delivery.

·      Lead GenAI and RAG-based initiatives to enhance customer and business experiences.

·      Ensure scalable, secure, and high-availability product design and implementation.

Required Skills

·      10+ years of Product Management / Technical Business Analysis experience on enterprise-scale applications.

·      Product Management experience with Banking customers, preferably Online/Digital Banking platforms.

·      Strong understanding of N-tier application architecture and end-to-end request lifecycle (UI → Services → Integrations → Data).

·      Deep knowledge of APIs, middleware, databases, backend services, and batch processing.

·      Experience translating business requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and technical specifications.

·      Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, synchronoasynchronous workflows, and message queues.

·      Ability to review and document architecture, sequence flows, and integration designs.

Preferred Skills

·      Experience with GenAI, Machine Learning, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.

·      Understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, embeddings, and vectorization.

·      Knowledge of chunking strategies (fixed, semantic, overlapping) and their impact on retrieval quality.

·      Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions into enterprise applications

·      Domain Preference: Online Banking, Digital Banking, Mobile Banking.
