This position supports reporting and governance initiatives related to Technology Asset Management and Vendor End of Support (VEoS) compliance. The role focuses on developing reporting, analytics, dashboards, and governance solutions to provide actionable insights for technology, risk, and governance stakeholders. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and technology partners to design reporting solutions, develop data visualizations, and provide analytical support for compliance and governance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes using Power Query and ETL methodologies.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Create and manage user stories, requirements, and development activities within Jira for ServiceNow development.
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for reporting and analytics solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI development.
- Proficiency with GitHub and version-controlled development practices.
- Advanced skills in SQL Query and data analysis.
- Experience in data visualization and reporting.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with business communications and executive presentations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Experience using Jira for work management.
- Knowledge of Power Query and ETL processes.
- Experience in Technology Asset Management or governance reporting is a plus.
