JD- Site Support II

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT and technical support to employees and site operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic system configurations.
Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other site infrastructure.
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM/ticketing tools.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate infrastructure, application, or vendor teams.
Perform routine system checks, maintenance, upgrades, and equipment replacements.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
Support new employee onboarding, workstation setup, and technology deployments.
Follow IT security, compliance, backup, and operational procedures.
Provide timely communication and updates to users and stakeholders.

Required Skills

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and TCP/IP.
Experience with laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
Basic understanding of network devices, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
