Over 10+ years of experience in ForgeRock Administration and Designing
Design, develop, and support CIAM solutions using ForgeRock/PingOne AIC, focusing on authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
Implement and manage SSO and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, LDAP, ADFS, and Kerberos across applications.
Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and automation processes, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
Build and enhance security features including MFA, risk-based authentication, and progressive profiling.
Troubleshoot CIAM-related issues, optimize system performance, and provide operational support including after-hours maintenance when required.
Contribute to large-scale IAM deployments with high availability, clustering, auditing, and monitoring using tools like ELK and Dynatrace.
