Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Hartford, CT: Manager, Scrum Master to Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for CVS digital projects and products. Duties include: develop software solutions to meet business requirements and manage project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope; determine feasibility of solutions design and prepare technical design documentation; plan stages of application development to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; provide program and project oversight, direction, and administration across full project lifecycles, including team formation, planning, requirements, design, build, test, deployment, and warranty support, on medium to large projects; write and review high quality code and perform unit and/or automation testing; confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems; monitor progress milestones and deliverables; support applications, systems, and databases used for healthcare activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices; and mentor junior team members. Multiple positions.

Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Position requires completion of a university-level course, research project, internship or 3 months of experience in each of the following: Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform); Java, Python, or Node.js; R or SQL; CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; Domain support for healthcare or retail organization; Web and mobile applications development; Writing application code and deploying to production; Relational database concepts; Software development best practices; and Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau.

Pay Range: $142917.00/year to $203940.00/year.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
