Design, develop, and maintain DevOps automation and CI/CD pipelines.
Automate infrastructure and configuration management using Ansible.
Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory environments, including users, groups, OUs, GPOs, permissions, and authentication.
Automate Windows and Linux server administration using Ansible, PowerShell, and Python/Bash.
Develop reusable Ansible playbooks, roles, modules, and automation workflows.
Support LDAP, DNS, authentication, authorization, and directory services.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Implement Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code practices.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, automation, deployment, authentication, and connectivity issues.
Implement security, hardening, patching, compliance, and vulnerability-remediation processes.
Monitor infrastructure and applications and participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Platform, and Application teams.
Create technical documentation, automation standards, and operational procedures.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on DevOps and automation best practices.
