Summary
We are looking for a Digital Experiences Lead to drive global digital strategy across owned channels, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and cohesive customer journeys. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and partners closely with Digital, CRM, Social, and regional marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute global digital strategy across web, email, and campaigns.
- Develop content frameworks, governance models, and scalable playbooks.
- Lead cross-channel campaign activation and ensure aligned messaging and experiences.
- Drive performance through KPI frameworks, reporting, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Leverage SEO/GEO insights to enhance discoverability and content effectiveness.
- Partner with platform teams to improve CMS workflows and digital capabilities.
- Support regional teams with guidance, best practices, and enablement resources.
Qualifications:
- 5 10+ years in digital marketing, experience strategy, or performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in cross-channel campaigns, analytics, and content operations.
- Experience with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to balance strategy with execution and collaborate across teams.
Success Metrics:
- Consistent adoption of global digital frameworks.
- Seamless cross-channel campaign execution.
- Actionable performance insights and reporting.
- Improved platform capabilities and regional team enablement.
