Implementation Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (Must work EST hours)
Duration: 6-month contract with potential extension and/or conversion
Overview
Seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to support the deployment and configuration of enterprise Anti-Fraud, AML, CTR, and Case Management solutions. This is a client-facing consulting role requiring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and optimize enterprise software applications
- Deploy and support Java-based applications within Tomcat environments
- Troubleshoot production and implementation issues
- Create technical, customer-facing, and design documentation
- Develop workflow processes, reporting solutions, and ETL processes
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data migration and troubleshooting
- Support MS SQL Server deployments and database administration activities
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and consulting teams
- Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Manage and escalate technical issues through resolution
- Deliver high-quality customer support throughout implementation projects
Required Qualifications
- Experience implementing enterprise software applications
- Strong knowledge of:
- Java/JEE environments
- Spring Framework
- Angular
- Web Services/APIs
- Apache Tomcat
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills
- Experience with data migration and ETL processes
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Experience creating technical and design documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AML, fraud detection, compliance, or case management solutions
- Cloud deployment experience
- Banking or financial services industry experience
