BI Analyst
Introduction
The BI Analyst at CVS Health is responsible for analyzing business data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting and dashboard solutions that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data
- Collaborate with business partners to understand reporting requirements
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and quality
- Work with technical teams to troubleshoot reporting issues
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with SQL
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing BI reports and dashboards
- Experience in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Knowledge of reporting best practices
- Experience in retail or supply chain data environments
- Experience with Agile delivery models
