Role: Design Verification Workstream Lead DHF Remediation

Role Summary
The Verification Workstream Lead will lead the retrospective review of design verification activities to ensure outputs have been appropriately verified against defined inputs. This role will support assessment of verification protocols, test evidence, and traceability as part of DHF remediation.
Responsibilities
Lead the retrospective review of design verification documentation.
Assess verification protocols, test reports, and evidence supporting verification activities.
Ensure verification activities appropriately demonstrate that design outputs meet design inputs.
Identify gaps in verification documentation, traceability, or test coverage.
Coordinate with the Inputs and Outputs workstream leads to ensure alignment between requirements, outputs, and verification activities.
Support development of remediation strategies where verification gaps are identified.
Ensure traceability between design inputs, outputs, and verification evidence.
Qualifications
Experience supporting verification activities within medical device development.
Experience participating in remediation initiatives involving design verification documentation.
Familiarity with verification planning, protocol development, and test documentation.
Experience reviewing both hardware and software verification activities.
