Job Title: Oracle CX Service Cloud Functional

Required Skills

10-15 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud applications.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud and B2B Service modules.
Must have done 2 Service Cloud implementations.
Strong functional knowledge of service management processes.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Work Site: Remote / MI

Duration: 6+ Months

Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
