Summary

Title: CNC Programmer/Machinist
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Length: 6 months
Start: 2/23 3/2 Machine shop that produces prototypes using a Ginutche machine and three-axis Hass mini mills.

Mitsubishi or Fanuc Controllers exp.
The primary work involves machining semi-complex polycarbonate parts, with changing designs for prototype proof-of-concept.
Software: While Surfcam is currently used, we are open to candidates proficient in other CAM systems like Fusion 360 or Mastercam, provided they can integrate with the machines.
The ideal candidate will program, set up, operate, inspect, and collaborate with engineers on design changes.
They require an experienced professional who can work independently, not an apprentice needing training.
GMP experience a nice plus.
