The ideal candidate is a seasoned Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in platform engineering and multi-cloud environments. They possess deep discipline in managing Tier 2/3 production environments within a 24x7 global operation model. They must be local to Orlando, collaborate effectively under client direction, and bring a rigorous approach to system patching, validation, and documentation.

responsibilities:
- Execute operational tasks and troubleshooting (Tier 2/3 incident response) across cloud, container, virtualization, operating system, and platform layers.
- Perform system and platform patching activities, including coordination, scheduling, execution, and post-patch validation.
- Support monitoring, alert response, log validation, and overall operational health management.
- Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, scripting, and CI/CD pipeline execution and optimization.
- Support deployments, releases, upgrades, uplifts, and modernization initiatives using approved tools.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support global operations and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or Platform Engineering.
Demonstrated proficiency across Multicloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Rancher, or Kubernetes.
Deep knowledge of server operating systems (Advanced Windows/Linux environments).
Experience troubleshooting complex architecture issues within a 24x7 production model.
